T.O.P, formerly of the group BIGBANG, is meeting fans to celebrate his 20th debut anniversary.
T.O.P successfully held his brand tour 'T.O.P PRE-STUDIO 2026 in TAIPEI' for two days on August 22 and 23 at the Taipei NTSU Arena. Following its kickoff in Hong Kong on the 15th, the tour made a strong start by successfully completing its second stop in Taipei. In particular, the original Taipei show sold out completely, prompting the addition of one more show and once again proving the strong interest of fans.
This concert embraced the identity of 'PRE-STUDIO,' described as a creative space built together with fans. Audience members participated in a pre-concert vote to select tracks they wanted to hear together from T.O.P's first solo full-length album 'ANOTHER DIMENSION,' as well as fan creations to be featured on stage, actively taking part as central figures of the event. During the subsequent talk corner, T.O.P directly answered questions sent in by the fandom TOPSX and deeply connected with the audience through a listening session featuring the voted tracks. In the game corner named after his album 'ANOTHER DIMENSION,' T.O.P personally took on missions to win special behind-the-scenes photos as gifts for fans, bringing plenty of laughter.
Additionally, fan-created arrangements, performances, and artworks were showcased on stage, with T.O.P offering affectionate feedback on each piece. This allowed the artist and fans to exchange inspiration and draw closer together.
T.O.P originally debuted as a member of BIGBANG in 2006, but began pursuing individual activities after his exclusive contract with YG Entertainment ended in 2022. Following a long hiatus as a singer, T.O.P released his first solo full-length album 'ANOTHER DIMENSION' last April, featuring a total of 11 tracks including double title tracks 'Studio54' and 'Desperado', and has been meeting fans through his Asia tour.
Meanwhile, BIGBANG is greeting global fans around the same time with their 20th debut anniversary world tour. BIGBANG held 'BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR 'XX : COSMOS'' at the Goyang Stadium Main Stadium from August 21 to 23. Starting with the Goyang concerts, they have embarked on a full-scale journey spanning a total of 33 shows across 19 cities worldwide, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.
