Professional baseball team KIA secured a comeback victory against Hanwha, extending their winning streak to five games and climbing to third place. Kim Tae-goon led the team to victory by blasting a comeback two-run home run.

After conceding the lead in the seventh inning by giving up two-run homers to Hanwha's Kim Tae-yeon and Han Ji-yoon, KIA quickly answered in their following attack with Na Sung-bum's sacrifice fly to narrow the gap before turning the game around completely with a single extra-base hit.
Steping up to the plate with two outs and a runner on first in the eighth inning, Kim Tae-goon hammered a fastball down the middle from Hanwha's Jung Woo-joo, launching a dramatic, go-ahead two-run home run over the left-field wall.
Adding three more runs in the ninth inning, highlighted by Ha Joo-suk's RBI single to seal the victory, KIA triumphed 10-6 to claim their fifth straight win and move up to third place.
Meanwhile, Hanwha fell deeper into a six-game losing streak.
KT overpowered LG on the strength of a scorching-hot batting lineup.
Trailing 3-1 in the seventh inning, LG relief pitchers Kennedy and Woo Kang-hoon self-destructed by issuing four consecutive walks. KT capitalized immediately as Kim Min-hyuk and Ryu Hyun-in hit back-to-back RBI doubles, sweeping up six runs in a single inning to complete the comeback.
Routing the LG bullpen by adding seven runs in the eighth and two more in the ninth, KT cruised to a 16-4 victory.
Powered by Kwon Hee-dong's walk-off RBI single in the ninth inning, NC edged out Doosan 5-4 to snap a three-game skid. Lotte defeated Kiwoom 7-1, fueled by starting pitcher Na Kyun-an's stellar performance of allowing just one run over six innings, extending their winning streak to four games.
SSG secured a 6-4 comeback victory over Samsung, driven by Kim Jae-hwan, who led the offense with two hits and two RBIs, including a triple and a clinching solo home run.
