Stray Kids: "It's an honor to score our 9th consecutive Billboard No. 1 in our 9th year since debut"

Stray Kids, who topped the Billboard 200 chart for the 9th consecutive time with their new album 'This and That', has shared their thoughts on achieving the milestone and expressed gratitude to their fans.

Through their agency JYP Entertainment, the members stated, "It feels like destiny that we achieved our ninth Billboard 200 No. 1 in the ninth year since our debut," adding, "Achieving the record for the most No. 1 entries by a 21st-century group makes this an even more meaningful milestone as a K-pop group."

Starting with 'ODDINARY' in 2022, Stray Kids has consecutively placed nine albums at the top of the Billboard 200 main album chart.

This marks the most No. 1s among 21st-century groups, tying with the Rolling Stones and trailing only The Beatles (19 times) in Billboard history.

Stray Kids credited the achievement to their fans, saying, "This was made possible thanks to STAY (their fandom), who always unwaveringly support Stray Kids."

The members expressed their gratitude once again, stating, "Fueled by the tremendous love of STAY, who always walks alongside us, we want to showcase the endless growth of not only Stray Kids but also K-pop to music fans all over the world."
