Some people reportedly use complete strangers' phone numbers when ordering deliveries. It seems like it would be quite unpleasant if your own number were used that way.

A person identified as A stated that they have been suffering from stress because someone has been ordering items using their phone number for several years.
When A protested to the buyer and asked them not to use their phone number, the other party apologized, saying, "I made a typo while entering the number." However, A raised the possibility of intentional theft, pointing out that the incidents are repeated and difficult to dismiss as simple mistakes given the arrangement of the keypad numbers.
As the story spread, reports from others who had suffered similar damages continued to follow.
One netizen claimed, "I suffered because a foreigner living in South Korea ordered all sorts of items using my number," while another netizen stated, "There are cases where people intentionally enter someone else's number without authorization to avoid exposing their own contact information."
Experts advised that if you receive a delivery notification text for something you did not order, it could be a case of identity theft or even smishing. Therefore, you should never click on links with unclear sources and must verify the facts through the official customer service center of the delivery company.
