Having decided to run all six A-matches scheduled for this year from next month through November under an interim coaching system, the KFA closed application submissions at 5 p.m. yesterday.
An official from the association stated that multiple foreign managers applied, submitting detailed philosophies, motivations for applying, and operational plans for the national team.
The association plans to form an evaluation committee including external figures this week, complete document reviews by next week, conduct virtual interviews for both domestic and foreign applicants under the same conditions, and finalize negotiations within this month.
