Kim Yo-han (Jin-an County Office) has claimed the bronze medal in the clean and jerk at the 2026 Asian Junior and Youth Weightlifting Championships.
Competing in the men's 65kg division in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on the 9th local time, Kim lifted 156kg in the clean and jerk to finish third.
In the snatch, Kim lifted 123kg to place eighth, and with a combined total of 279kg from the snatch and clean and jerk, he wrapped up the competition in fifth place overall.
The title in this weight class went to Hoang Sang Tang of Vietnam.
Hoang Sang Tang topped all three categories by lifting 134kg in the snatch, 157kg in the clean and jerk, and a total of 291kg.
Maharajan Arumugapandian of India took second place with a total of 285kg (128kg snatch, 157kg clean and jerk), while Beibarys Yerseit of Kazakhstan finished third with a total of 281kg (129kg snatch, 152kg clean and jerk).
