Shin Dong-yeop revealed his know-how on sending his daughter to Seoul National University.
On the August 9 broadcast of SBS's "My Little Old Boy," broadcaster Park Kyung-lim shared her know-how as a mother of a prospective college test-taker.
During the broadcast, Park surprised everyone by revealing that her son is already 18 years old and will be a high school senior next year.
In response, Seo Jang-hoon asked, "As a mother of a prospective senior, do you have any care secrets?" Park replied, "Actually, I can't do much else, but I believe that eating well and gaining strength from meals is the most important, so my philosophy is to make sure I prepare good meals for him."
Park then joked, "Since it's vacation time these days, I pour time and effort into cooking with meal kits made by artisans," drawing laughter.
Watching this, Seo Jang-hoon turned to Shin Dong-yeop and asked, "As a father who sent his daughter to Seoul National University, please pass on your know-how."
Shin Dong-yeop responded, "Ah, for me... a father's indifference?" adding, "I did tell her this: 'Meet a good man. You need to meet a good man as a boyfriend and later when you get marriage.' I told her what kind of men she should avoid."
Then Seo Jang-hoon said, "I heard you only met your daughter once a month. You thoroughly made sure to go home only after she fell asleep," to which Shin Dong-yeop joked, "If she feels like I'm showing interest, it might be burdensome for her."
