"Is This Your Land?" Driver Shamelessly Berates Restaurant Owner After Illegal Parking

It is reported that a driver who left their car parked at a restaurant for a long time ended up yelling at the owner instead.

This incident was shared by a restaurant owner, A, who runs a business in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, on an online community.

On the morning of the 6th, two unfamiliar cars entered the parking lot in front of the restaurant, and one of them occupied a spot for an extended period.

Owner A tried to contact the driver, but the calls kept being disconnected. As the vehicle was still not moved past lunchtime, A eventually sent a text message saying, "I scratched your car," in order to get in touch with the driver.

The driver called back within a few seconds.

Arriving to move the car 10 minutes later, the driver barged into the restaurant, used informal language to A, and instead confronted A by saying, "Why would you send a text like that?" and "Is this your land?"

The driver also claimed to be a friend of the pub owner inside the building, arguing that there was no issue with the parking.

However, upon verification, the pub owner reportedly stated, "There is no such acquaintance."

Owner A expressed frustration, stating that in front of their family members, they were made to look like the one who did something wrong.

Netizens who came across the story criticized the driver's behavior, commenting, "How can someone park illegally and then act so shamelessly?" and "What did the restaurant owner, who acted with common sense, do wrong?"
