'Flex X Cop 2' is set to continue the undefeated myth of refreshing hits for SBS Friday-Saturday dramas.
Premiering on the 7th, SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Flex X Cop 2' (written by Kim Ba-da, directed by Kim Jae-hong) is a delightful, exhilarating, and satisfying high-end cooperative investigative drama featuring Jin Yi-soo (played by Ahn Bo-hyun), a chaebol detective who turns tables with his wealth when investigations hit a wall, and the new team leader Joo Hye-ra (played by 정은채).
During Season 1, 'Flex X Cop' recorded a peak viewership rating of 11% (based on the Seoul metropolitan area by Nielsen Korea), establishing itself as a representative seasonal IP for SBS. It delivered a differentiated, refreshing thrill through its so-called 'FLEX investigation' utilizing private helicopters, supercars, and famous celebrities.
Season 2 is expected to put the finishing touch on SBS's hit lineup for Friday-Saturday dramas. In Season 2, Jin Yi-soo, who has been reborn as a full-fledged detective, showcases a much larger scale, going as far as deploying a private jet to eradicate crime. In addition, the joining of new Violent Crimes Team 1 Leader Joo Hye-ra promises an even richer teamwork dynamic.
