The U.S. military has launched indiscriminate airstrikes for five consecutive days, even carrying out surprise daytime raids against Iran. Reports indicate that the deployment of ground troops is also being considered. In response, Iran has effectively declared the termination of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on ending hostilities and has vowed to fight to the end.

The U.S. Central Command announced that it conducted military operations targeting Iran throughout the day and night on the 15th (local time).
While the U.S. had limited its strikes to nighttime for the previous four days, it has now added daytime operations to its campaign.
The frequency of the airstrikes has increased, and the scope of the attacks has expanded deep into the Iranian interior.
Iranian media, including the IRNA news agency, reported that explosions were heard in multiple locations, including Khorramabad in Lorestan Province in the west-central region and in the northern province of Semnan.
Air defense systems were also activated in Parchin, located 30 kilometers southeast of Tehran, where nuclear facilities are situated.
U.S. media outlets reported that President Trump has been briefed on ground troop deployment operations, with scenarios including the seizure of Kharg Island, a key hub for Iranian oil exports, among other possibilities.
President Trump stated that while there is no specific deadline, he has intensified the level of pressure.

Iran also continued its retaliatory attacks targeting major U.S. military facilities in neighboring countries, including Kuwait.
Ghalibaf, the head of the ceasefire negotiation team, declared that if the U.S. does not fulfill the MOU, Iran has no reason to comply with the agreement, expressing a firm commitment to fight to the end and carry out strong retaliation.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry also declared that it has no plans to negotiate with the U.S. and will completely suspend the fulfillment of its obligations under the MOU, effectively announcing the collapse of the agreement.
