Drugs have been discovered five times over the past three months at an apartment complex in Daegu. CCTV footage shows drug distributors freely entering the building, even in broad daylight and late at night, to hide narcotics.
TBC reporter Ahn Sang-hyuk reports exclusively on why this specific apartment complex became a target.

An apartment complex in Daegu this past April.
In broad daylight, a man appearing to be in his 20s boards an elevator as naturally as any other resident.
Without covering his face, the man gets off at the top floor and walks down the public stairwell, hiding devices containing synthetic cannabis in various spots.
Just a few hours earlier, another man had visited the same apartment complex.
Near midnight, with his face hidden by a hat and mask, he also took the elevator to the top floor.
Using the same method, he spent four hours moving through 10 different building lines to hide drugs, narrowly avoiding residents on several occasions.
[Kim Myung-jong/Apartment Resident: I have grandchildren living here, and when I told them about it, they were shocked.]
Drugs were discovered again last month.
A management office employee found them in three separate locations while inspecting the facilities.
The drugs were hidden in common areas that are not easily visible to residents, such as fire hydrants and emergency exit lights.
They open quite easily.
The distributors had attached magnets to the drugs to hide them inside.
This apartment complex is over 30 years old, and because there are no security codes on the main entrances, outsiders can enter and exit freely.
[Park Hong-chul/President of the Apartment Residents' Representative Council: It has been confirmed that they didn't just target our apartment but also passed through nearby complexes, so we are seeking cooperation with neighboring complexes.]
The police are tracking the drug distribution ring based on CCTV footage and other evidence, while continuing their investigation to see if there are additional hidden stashes.
