He was safely rescued thanks to the response of citizens and the police.

A man in his 60s is seen precariously crossing between the traffic.

The police arrived at the scene 9 minutes after receiving the report and were able to rescue the man safely.
It turned out that the man had a severe mental disability.
It was determined that he had left his home near the expressway, lost his way, and wandered onto the highway.
