A doctor has been apprehended by police on charges of stalking after allegedly tracking down a patient at his home and repeatedly contacting him following an online review.
The Seoul Seocho Police Station announced today (July 6) that it has booked a man in his 50s, identified as A, on charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act.
A is accused of visiting the home of a male patient, B, around 1:00 p.m. on July 4 and repeatedly contacting him over the course of two days.
It is reported that A visited B's residence to discuss a review that B had posted after receiving medical treatment at his clinic, and continued to contact him the following day.
The police plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the incident, including how A obtained the patient's home address.
