Track and field athlete-turned-broadcaster Kim Min-ji, who appeared on Netflix's hit dating show "Single's Inferno Season 5," has opened up about the distress of having her home address leaked, sharing, "I think I've developed trauma."

On her YouTube channel, Kim recently revealed that she was already considering moving due to conflicts with her landlord shortly after moving into a newly built officetel. During this time, she accidentally discovered that her home address had been exposed online.

She shared, "My sister was looking for a place for me to move to, and she heard from a real estate agent that 'athlete Kim Min-ji lives nearby.' When we checked a real estate app, we found a listing for the same officetel building with the description, 'The building where Single's Inferno's Kim Min-ji lives.'" She expressed her shock, saying, "It was basically exposing my exact residential address, and it gave me goosebumps."

She continued, "I contacted a lawyer to take action, and the listing was only taken down after we submitted the necessary legal documents to the real estate agency. However, I was still anxious because so many people already knew the name of the officetel I lived in. Around that time, a fire broke out in the building's recycling area. While evacuating, a man who recognized me tried to take photos of me without my permission, which was incredibly unpleasant."

Describing the anxiety she has faced since her address was exposed, Kim said, "When taking the elevator, I would get off on a different floor first and take the stairs, fearing someone might find out which unit is mine. No one else lives on my floor, and there are no CCTVs, which made it terrifying. Once, a delivery driver recognized me at 5:00 AM, and I even begged him, 'Please keep it a secret that I live here.'"

Finally, Kim added, "A home is supposed to be a safe and comfortable space, but now I feel so anxious. I think I've been traumatized. I plan to move to a completely different neighborhood next time, and I do not intend to reveal where I am moving."

Meanwhile, Kim Min-ji is a former national track and field athlete who competed in the women's 400m hurdles. She has since expanded her career as a television personality, appearing on shows such as "Kick a Goal" and Netflix's "Single's Inferno Season 5." Currently, she actively communicates with her fans through her YouTube channel.
