JAEMIN of K-pop boy group NCT touched the hearts of fans with his sweet thoughts and words.
Recently, JAEMIN took to the group's official fan messenger to thank fans for coming to NCT's unit NCT DREAM's concert in a special way.
NCT DREAM held a 2-day concert 'THE DREAM SHOW 2 : In A DREAM' at Olympic Stadium, Seoul at the end of last week.
After wrapping up the concert, JAEMIN said to fans while thanking them for coming, "I know, I know. Yes, I talk about money all the time, but I don't think the word 'money' is an 'easy' word like most think. Anybody can say good things and beautifully express their words to another..."
He continued, "But you must truly love them to actually spend that much money that you've earned from your hard work, and go to their concert with it. On top of spending that money, you have to go all the way to the concert venue for the concert. That's also something difficult to do. That's why I talk about money a lot."
Then, JAEMIN tried guessing how much time and money each fan spent when they go to NCT DREAM's concert.
JAEMIN commented, "So, if you went to our concert on both days, it would be like 400,000 won (approximately 286 dollars) already, including cab/public transport expenses. You'll probably buy some official merchandise, buy some new clothes and maybe a lipstick to look nice to us, and you'll spend a great amount of your time to do your hair and make-up before you come."
He resumed, "Even though you'll watch us for hours, you'll quickly forget what you saw when you see us showing you aegyo. After the concert, you'll gather with your friends who also went to the concert and have a meal together over an excited talk about the concert, don't you? I'm guessing you would spend like 700,000 to 800,000 won (approximately 501 to 573 dollars) for both days."
When fans thanked him for knowing all that, JAEMIN responded, "We're more interested in you than you think we do. You guys take such great care of us at all times. It's got to be give-and-take, you know. We've definitely got to take care of you as well."
He added, "If we received, we need to give back. That's a rule that exists anywhere in the world, even though it's unspoken and unseen."
