Korean actor Yang Se Jong was seen reading the script for his upcoming drama with other cast members and production crew.
On July 2, SBS' new drama 'I Am 30, But 17' (literal title) unveiled some photos of the cast and production team at the first read-through.
The story of 'I Am 30, But 17' begins when 'Gong Woo-jin' (Yang Se Jong), who is a 30-year-old man working as a stage designer meets 'Woo Seo-ri' (actress Shin Hae Sun), who wakes up from a 13-year-long coma.
During the read-through, the cast said to have shown their passion and energy that the romantic comedy drama exactly needed.
Most of all, Yang Se Jong apparently kept making everybody laugh with his comical acting skills.
The drama will be directed by Jo Soo-won, who previously directed SBS' drama 'I Can Hear Your Voice' (2013) and is written by Jo Sung-hee, who wrote MBC's drama 'She Was Pretty' (2015).
At the end of the read-through, the production crew made a positive comment, "It was such an enjoyable read-through that the four hours just flew by. It seems like all the cast members enjoyed themselves while acting their roles."
They continued, "We will work hard to produce the kind of drama that our viewers will love. You can get your hopes up for this drama. 'I Am 30, But 17' will blow away the heat of the summer."
The first episode of 'I Am 30, But 17' is expected to air on July 23.
