[SBS Star] PSY Keeps His Promise and Performs for Free!

K-pop artist PSY kept his promise with students at Dankook University and performed without receiving any payment.

On May 17, YTN reported PSY performed at the annual festival at Dankook University-Jukjeon Campus for free, because of a promise that he made a year ago. According to the report, two female students fainted during his performance at the festival last year.

It has been said when the students were being taken to the ambulance, all students at the festival maintained an excellent order.

At that time, PSY was deeply touched by the students' attitude and promised them that he would perform in the following year for free. During the performance on May 16, he mentioned about that time. 

PSY said, "I had to stop performing for about half an hour last year as some students fainted and had to be taken to the hospital, but I remember that the ambulance didn't have any issue coming in and going out of the crowd even though there were thousands of you guys here."

He continued, "I made a promise to return on this stage last year, so here I am! Let's have fun together!" Regardless of the heavy rainfall, PSY demonstrated his overflowing passion on this day.
 
Meanwhile, PSY has recently left YG Entertainment―his agency of eight years.
