[SBS Star] BTS Announces World Tour Cities and Dates

K-pop boy group BTS will be kicking off its world tour 'LOVE YOURSELF' this August.

On April 27, BTS' management agency Big Hit Entertainment unveiled the group's official teaser poster for its world tour. 

According to the poster, BTS' world tour 'LOVE YOURSELF' will start off at Jamsil Olympic Stadium in Seoul in August. After the two concerts in Seoul on August 25 and 26, BTS will continue its world tour in cities in the U.S., then in Europe.

The cities in the U.S. includes Los Angeles, Oakland, Fort Worth, Hamilton, Newark, and Chicago.

BTS will visit London, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Paris in Europe. Big Hit Entertainment commented, "BTS' 'TRILOGY' tour series that began in 2014 has ended as of last year, and BTS will start a new tour series called 'LOVE YOURSELF' from this year."

They continued, "We have announced all cities and dates of the world tour that have been confirmed, and we will immediately let fans know when more cities and dates get confirmed."

Last year, BTS has successfully held 40 shows of '2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR' in 19 different cities around the world. Meanwhile, BTS is scheduled to release its third full album 'LOVE YOURSELF 轉 Tear' on May 18, and will unveil its new songs at this year's 'Billboard Music Awards' on May 20.
