[SBS Star] Film Director Praises Seolhyun for Her Passion for Acting

K-pop girl group AOA's member and actress Seolhyun was praised by her passion for acting.

On September 6, film director Won Shin Yeon had an interview about his new film 'Memoir of a Murderer', which Seolhyun starred as a female character. Director Won said, "Seolhyun is an actress who exhausts the director. Even when I was happy with the result, she wants to film the scene again and again until she satisfies with it.

The recording could have been over in 20 minutes, but it took us for about 4 hours. She even called me saying that she wanted to retake the scene." He explained, "Seolhyun's passion for acting is unbelievable. She already is an amazing actress. She knows how to express true emotions while she's acting."

Seolhyun plays 'Eunhee', who is a daughter of main character Byung-soo―a murderer with Alzheimer's Disease.
The movie 'Memoir of a Murderer' is on theaters starting today (September 6).
