Director Jang Hang-jun, one of the film industry's most charismatic storytellers, is transforming into a history detective to chase the secrets of the past.

On July 7, SBS Plus unveiled the official poster for its new variety show, Time Tracker Sherlock, featuring Director Jang Hang-jun, actor Bong Tae-gyu, and broadcaster Shin A-young, and announced that the first episode will air on Tuesday, July 14.

The new program, Time Tracker Sherlock, is a full-scale historical investigation talk show that fills in the blanks hidden within historical records. By uncovering the behind-the-scenes stories hidden behind a single line of history, the show aims to provide viewers with fresh shocks and twists by looking at familiar history from a completely different perspective.

The main lead of the program is Director Jang Hang-jun, armed with his unrivaled wit and storytelling ability. As the director of the film The Man Who Lives with the King, which recently created a box office sensation by drawing nearly 17 million viewers, he plans to prove once again through this variety show that historical drama is his personal color. Having consistently showcased his broad knowledge of the humanities and his smooth storytelling skills, he is expected to play a pivotal role by flexibly navigating between official history and unofficial accounts.

Joining him are actor Bong Tae-gyu, who displays sharp insight in every project, and broadcaster Shin A-young, who brings a brilliant background as a history graduate from Harvard University, adding depth and variety to the discussions. Furthermore, Sun Kim, a professional storyteller who covers both Korean and world history, will join the cast, promising perfect synergy through collective intelligence.

The official poster captures the attention with a witty image of Director Jang Hang-jun dressed in the signature look of the famous detective Sherlock Holmes. Along with Director Jang, who shines with a sharp intuition behind a magnifying glass, the immersive expressions of Bong Tae-gyu and Shin A-young, each tracking clues in their own way, stimulate curiosity.
