Actor Jung Eun-chae is set to transform into a veteran investigation team leader with an untouchable aura, promising a girl-crush action performance.

On July 7, the production team for the new SBS Friday-Saturday drama "Flex X Cop 2" (written by Kim Ba-da, directed by Kim Jae-hong), which is scheduled to premiere on August 7, released the first character stills of Jung Eun-chae. She plays Joo Hye-ra, the new partner and direct supervisor of the chaebol detective Jin Yi-soo (played by Ahn Bo-hyun).

"Flex X Cop 2" is a thrilling investigative drama featuring the collaboration between Jin Yi-soo, a chaebol detective who uses unprecedented methods thanks to his immense wealth, and the newly appointed violent crimes team leader, Joo Hye-ra. It is considered one of the most anticipated dramas for the second half of the year, expected to uphold the reputation of the "cider universe," a signature of the SBS Friday-Saturday lineup.

Jung Eun-chae, who joins the cast for the second season, plays Joo Hye-ra, a former core ace of the National Police Agency's counter-terrorism team who volunteered for the position of team leader of Violent Crimes Team 1 at Gangha Police Station. Notably, she was once known as the "devil instructor" at the police academy, where she strictly trained a young and immature Jin Yi-soo. Attention is focused on the subtle tension and unique chemistry between the two as they reunite as team leader and team member in the field.

In the photos released today, Jung Eun-chae perfectly embodies her character, drawing admiration.
