Singer Lyn has shared her honest feelings regarding her divorce.

On the episode of SBS's My Little Old Boy that aired on July 5, Lyn was seen spending time with her same-aged friend, K.Will.

On this day, Lyn and K.Will visited a mugwort moxa clinic after practicing for a concert. While enjoying the moxa treatment, Lyn brought up the content K.Will is currently producing for his personal channel.

Following his series titled Knowing Hyung-soo, K.Will launched a new series called Knew Hyung-soo. When Lyn asked, "Are these people who have been through a divorce?" K.Will replied, "I am preparing it," and added, "When I was planning Knowing Hyung-soo, the number one person I wanted to cast was producer Hye-yoon, the wife of Shin Dong-yup. But when I was planning Knew Hyung-soo, the first person who came to mind was you," drawing laughter.

In response, Lyn said, "Baek Ji-young and Gummy appeared on Knowing Hyung-soo, and everyone else was on it, but you didn't call me. Back when I was married. I felt hurt by that."

K.Will explained the unavoidable situation, saying, "I thought about it, of course. I was going to cast you, but that was when you first told me about your divorce."

During the conversation, Lyn asked K.Will if he had any thoughts of getting married. K.Will answered honestly, "I do have thoughts of marriage. But living as a family involves facing unpredictable situations, and I think that requires courage. I feel like I lack that. So, whenever I hear that someone around me is getting married, I think they are cool and courageous."

Hearing this, Lyn said, "In some ways, even though I chose to get a divorce, I actually do recommend marriage. I had a marriage life that left me with happy and beautiful memories."

Lyn continued, "But there is that aspect. We were such close friends," and struggled to continue. Unable to hide her emotions, she said, "It's not just that the husband is gone; it feels like I lost a close friend, which is sad and regrettable," evoking sympathy.

K.Will expressed his concern for Lyn, saying, "It must be difficult to go through a breakup after being close friends and then becoming lovers." Lyn replied, "It's just awkward; we didn't end on bad terms. I am always rooting for them," revealing that she still supports her former partner with good intentions.

Listening to this, K.Will joked, "Talk about it little by little when you are mentally prepared later. Save this kind of marriage-related talk for Knew Hyung-soo," bringing laughter to the set.

K.Will also mentioned a scene from a previous broadcast where Lyn was singing and praised her, saying, "It was incredible." Lyn responded with humility, asking, "Wasn't I really bad?" K.Will retorted, "Shut up. That's not humility. I think Lyn is the best singer among all vocalists born in 1981 in Korea," showering her with praise.

The two then listed other vocalists born in 1981, including Park Hyo-shin, Kim Tae-woo, Gummy, Big Mama's Lee Young-hyun, Hwanhee, and Yoon Mi-rae.

The panelists were amazed, exclaiming, "What on earth happened? Why are they all born in 1981?"

After hearing K.Will's praise, Lyn called Kim Tae-woo and asked him the same question. Kim Tae-woo replied, "For women, it's Lyn," and added, "I personally think the measure of vocal ability is the spectrum of genres. You can handle every genre."

He then joked that K.Will is the best singer among men, saying, "I decided to learn how to sing from K.Will." When K.Will responded, "How could I teach one of the world's top 5 vocalists?" Kim Tae-woo quipped, "Not top 5, top 3. Stevie Wonder, Brian McKnight, and Kim Tae-woo. That's the top 3," causing an outburst of laughter.

Meanwhile, on the same broadcast, Lyn and K.Will visited a karaoke room and held an impromptu concert, drawing a positive response from viewers.
