This is the story of a man in his 30s in the United States.

On a street in Texas, a man in a vehicle suddenly fires a water gun at people walking or waiting for the bus.

He used an electric water gun that shoots high-pressure streams, targeting homeless individuals and people with disabilities multiple times, and then uploaded the footage to his social media account.

As he had hoped, the video recorded a high number of views.


However, the controversy spread quickly, and local police arrested the man on charges including assault and battery.

The man claimed it was just a prank, but the police are investigating the incident as a crime intentionally targeting vulnerable members of society and are looking into whether there are additional victims.
