The first trial verdict for First Lady Kim Keon-hee, who was indicted on charges of so-called "office-selling"—allegedly receiving various expensive precious metals along with requests for personnel appointments and favors—will be delivered today.

Sentencing will also take place for Lee Bong-kwan, Chairman of Sehee Construction, and Pastor Choi Jae-young, who were indicted together on charges of providing money and valuables to the First Lady.
