Having finished the group stage with two wins and one draw, Brazil confirmed its advancement to the Round of 32 as the top team in Group C.

Vinicius, who has scored in three consecutive matches, now has four goals in the tournament, placing him in a tie for second in the top scorer rankings, trailing Argentina's Messi, who has five.

In the same group, Morocco defeated Haiti 4-2, led by the performances of Rahimi and Hakimi, and advanced to the Round of 32 as the group runner-up.

Haiti, making its first-ever World Cup appearance, was eliminated from the group stage with three losses, ending its tournament run.
