People Power Party (PPP) Leader Jang Dong-hyuk returned to his duties today (June 24) after being discharged from the hospital, six days after he was admitted due to deteriorating health. During a press conference at the National Assembly this afternoon, Jang stated, "The issue of the party leader's future is a matter for the party members to decide."

However, Jang added, "Public support for the People Power Party is rising," and emphasized, "Now is the time for our party to fight properly, and now is the time to focus our efforts on the by-elections."
