On the night of June 20, at approximately 11:55 p.m., a group of teenagers assaulted a male passenger aboard a T1 Western Line train heading toward Strathfield in Sydney's inner west, Australia.

According to a witness, the group of teenagers, who had boarded at Central Station, were drinking vodka and playing loud music. When a male passenger politely asked them to turn the music down, the assault began.

Police arrived at the platform following a report, but the teenage assailants had already fled the scene. Authorities are currently tracking the suspects' whereabouts and have urged citizens with any information regarding the incident to come forward.
