Residents in parts of Jeju City experienced inconvenience due to a water supply disruption.

According to the Jeju Water and Sewerage Headquarters, water supply was cut off in some areas, including Ildo 1-dong and Geonip-dong, at approximately 5:50 p.m. today (June 22).

The authorities completed repairs at approximately 7:15 p.m., one hour and 25 minutes after the disruption began.

The water outage was reportedly caused by a burst water pipe resulting from ground subsidence near Sanjicheon Stream in Jeju.
