The longest-running couple on SBS's 'You're My Destiny', actors Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun, will share their heartbreaking feelings and an update on their new family.

On the episode of 'You're My Destiny' airing on the night of June 2 at 10:40 PM, actors Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun, now in their 12th year of marriage, will reveal their honest feelings for the first time.

Having previously endured the pain of three pregnancies and miscarriages, the couple calmly opened up during a recent recording about how they came to let go of their plans to have a child. Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun began by saying, "We might be very lonely in the future." They then brought the studio to tears as they wept over their mutual regrets and deep affection, saying, "I'm so sorry. If you had married someone else instead of me, you could have enjoyed a beautiful family."

The broadcast will also reveal Jin Tae-hyun's concerning health status. After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer and undergoing surgery last year, Jin Tae-hyun visited the cancer center again one year after his surgery due to being classified in the high-risk group for recurrence. As this is the period with the highest risk of recurrence, Jin Tae-hyun expressed extreme tension and fatigue during the checkup—to the point where his clothes were soaked in sweat—raising concerns among those watching.

On the other hand, a joyful new update that brought smiles to the couple will also be unveiled. Their adopted daughter, a "future national athlete" marathoner, will be revealed on television for the first time. The beautiful adopted daughter, who looks strikingly like her mother Park Si-eun, is a promising talent who has repeatedly reached the podium at prestigious marathon competitions in the first half of this year.

Jin Tae-hyun showed off his ultimate "doting father" side, boasting, "She is the best runner among South Korean athletes in their 20s." He also sent waves through the studio by showing unprecedented passion, sharing that he "searched the entire world" to support his marathoner daughter.
