Gong Myung Reveals Why He 'Bulked Up' for His Latest Role on 'Running Man'

Gong Myung surprised the members with his impressive physique.

On the episode of SBS's 'Running Man' that aired on the 17th, actor Gong Myung appeared as a guest.

The members were visibly shocked by Gong Myung's appearance. He arrived looking noticeably different, and the members could not hide their amazement at his significantly bulked-up physique.

Yu Jae-seok asked, "Why did you build up your shoulders like that?" Gong Myung revealed the reason behind his transformation, saying, "I have a shirtless scene in my drama." Kim Jong-kook added, "He really works out hard; he's there every single day."

As Gong Myung began to introduce his drama, Yu Jae-seok started reciting the plot details effortlessly. Surprised, Gong Myung hugged Yu Jae-seok, saying, "Oh, you really watched it?"

Kim Jong-kook then joked, "This guy has nine monitors in his room," drawing laughter from everyone.
