BIGBANG G-DRAGON TAEYANGTAEYANG of the group BIGBANG has opened up about the preparations for the group's upcoming comeback album and world tour, which mark their 20th anniversary. The conversation even included an impromptu phone call with G-DRAGON, heightening anticipation among fans.

On the YouTube channel 'Epikase,' which was released on the 14th, TAEYANG met with the members of Epik High to share stories. During the episode, Tablo mentioned the BIGBANG world tour scheduled for this August and asked, "How is the comeback album coming along?"

In response, TAEYANG cautiously replied, "We need to finish it now. Honestly, we have to finish it now. We have songs, but nothing has been decided yet. Seriously, we're in big trouble. We have the tracks, but we still need to pick one."

When Tablo asked for a hint regarding the title track, TAEYANG remained tight-lipped, saying, "Nothing has been decided yet." When the Epik High members suggested, "You should call the leader," and offered to ask G-DRAGON, TAEYANG drew laughter by saying, "But G-DRAGON probably doesn't know either."

TAEYANG then made a direct call to the contact saved as 'GD' on his phone. When G-DRAGON answered, the Epik High members jokingly told him, "Young-bae already told us everything about how many songs you've made for BIGBANG and what the titles are." G-DRAGON wittily shifted the topic by asking, "They're definitely being released, right?" When asked about the comeback timing, he added to the excitement by mentioning a date significant to BIGBANG, saying, "Wouldn't something be happening around that time?"

The conversation also touched on the "fighting rankings" among BIGBANG members. When Epik High asked, "If you fought with no rules, who would be the strongest?" G-DRAGON replied, "Young-bae is good at fighting. If it were a fistfight, I would lose." When asked, "What if DAESUNG joined in?" he added, "Well, I'm out," which brought more laughter.

YG Entertainment officially announced the world tour, the first in about 9 years, by releasing a teaser for 'BIGBANG 2026 WORLD TOUR' last month.
