Kim Hye-yoon Says She Loves Horror: "I Was Excited Throughout Filming" for 'Salmokji : Whispering Water'

Actor Kim Hye-yoon shared her love for horror films, building hype for her first lead role in the genre, "Salmokji : Whispering Water".

At the film’s press screening and Q&A held at CGV Yongsan in Seoul on the afternoon of the 24th, Kim said, “Personally, I like horror movies. So I was excited throughout the entire shoot,” expressing her affection for the genre.

She added, “Above all, the script for 'Salmokji : Whispering Water' was so fun, and I wanted to try this character,” explaining why she chose the project. “I think this film will remain a good part of my career,” she said.

"Salmokji : Whispering Water" follows what happens when a Road View (street view) filming team steps into the eerie "Salmokji : Whispering Water" Reservoir, long rumored to be strange. Kim Hye-yoon plays Han Su-in, a producer at the road-view service company OnRoad Media.

The film opens on April 8.
