NCT’s DOYOUNG, who is currently serving in the military, was spotted at a dinner hosted by Prime Minister Kim Min-seok.
DOYOUNG attended the dinner roundtable on the 23rd at the Prime Minister’s official residence. With a close-cropped military haircut, he sat right next to the Prime Minister. He looked a bit tense but kept a calm smile. Artist Mad Clown was also in attendance.
Officials from the Korea Suicide Prevention Association and leaders from the Life Guardians Headquarters were present, and discussions reportedly focused on suicide prevention policies.
The Prime Minister’s Office stated on its official social media, “This roundtable was arranged to promote the ‘Cheonmyeong Keeper Project’ and to call for cooperation to protect people’s lives.” It added, “The government is pursuing policies with the goal of reducing suicide deaths by more than 1,000 in 2026.” DOYOUNG and Mad Clown reportedly attended as the project’s “Life Ambassador” representatives.
DOYOUNG enlisted last December and is serving in the Army’s 12th Infantry Division.
