Netflix’s "Bloodhounds" Season 2 has unveiled a hard-hitting main poster and trailer.
In the new season, Gun-woo (Woo Do-hwan) and Woo-jin (Lee Sang-yi) ― the duo who took down a vicious illegal loan shark ring ― go glove-free again to land a clean shot at a global underground boxing league ruled by money and violence.
The main poster, revealed on the 19th, sends heart rates spiking with Gun-woo and Woo-jin clashing head-on with Baekjeong (Jung Ji-hoon). The rapid-fire punches promise the series’ signature bare-knuckle action, now leveled up with even more impact and speed. The tagline “An illegal betting ring worth hundreds of billions of won ― we’ll bite down till the end” teases an unavoidable, all-out war on a much bigger stage.

The trailer hints at a new threat. Baekjeong, the operator who controls a global illegal boxing league known as “IKFC,” sends bets soaring with every brutal punch ― and his greed only grows. Spotting newly crowned boxing star Gun-woo as his ticket to an even bigger stage, Baekjeong makes a dangerous offer: “I’ll give you 10 billion won. Just one match with me.”
When Gun-woo turns him down, Baekjeong’s blade swings toward Gun-woo and Woo-jin. Determined not to lose anyone else he loves, Gun-woo rallies: “This time, let’s give it everything we’ve got,” as he and Woo-jin commit to another fight to the death. But Baekjeong’s hunt is more relentless than ever. And when the leash of In-beom (Tae Won-seok) ― the menace from three years ago ― ends up in Baekjeong’s hands, the next round becomes impossible to predict.
Even as they run and strike without pause, the danger won’t fade. “To catch a beast, you have to be scarier than a beast,” Gun-woo and Woo-jin tell themselves, steeling their resolve. As allies band together to reclaim everyday peace, Gun-woo readies a face-off with Baekjeong. Under their buddy rule ― “If we die, we die together. If we live, we live together. We protect each other till the end.” ― all eyes are on whether the duo can land that final, decisive blow against a massive evil.
Director Kim Joo-hwan said, “"Bloodhounds" has always explored friendship, humanity, and the clash over money,” adding, “I believed a global illegal boxing league would be the most compelling arena to carry those themes.”
With the hounds determined to protect what matters ― and to bite down till the very end ― "Bloodhounds" Season 2 delivers evolved action and maximum catharsis. The series premieres April 3 (Fri) on Netflix.
