Jang Na-ra Addresses Report of Agency Staffer's Death: "Contract Ended Last Year, Unrelated to My Current Work"

Amid reports that an employee connected to actor Jang Na-ra (44)’s former agency was found dead, Jang’s side clarified that her contract with that company had already ended.

A representative for Jang Na-ra said on the 10th, “It is true that an agency staff member passed away, but it is not related to any company investment issue. We are currently checking the details,” adding, “We are mindful of the bereaved family’s wishes, and mourning comes first.”

Earlier, one outlet reported that a staff member affiliated with Jang Na-ra’s agency was found deceased on the afternoon of the 9th, having left a note.

Jang Na-ra signed with the company early last year, but the contract ended in August of the same year. She is currently continuing activities with a personal manager.
