Netflix’s "Bloodhounds" Season 2 will premiere on Friday, April 3, and has dropped its teaser poster and trailer.
Season 2 follows Geon-woo (Woo Do-hwan) and Woo-jin (Lee Sang-yi), who once took down a brutal illegal loan ring. This time, the duo throws a clean straight hook at a new enemy: a global underground boxing league ruled by money and violence.
Released in 2023, "Bloodhounds" thrilled viewers worldwide with two young boxers taking on the illegal loan world with their bare fists. Three years later, Season 2 expands beyond loan sharks into a global illegal boxing circuit. Expect evolved, harder-hitting action and maximum catharsis.
Most of all, Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi return tougher than ever―and Jung Ji-hoon’s shocking villain turn packs serious destructive power. Fans have plenty to be excited about.
The newly revealed teaser poster and trailer turn up the heat. In the poster, Geon-woo and Woo-jin are bruised but unbroken, fists clenched and eyes locked in. It signals the comeback of a duo forged by countless fights. The tagline “Protect To The End, Bite To The End” teases relentless “hounds” who won’t quit―even inside the high-risk world of a global underground boxing league.

The teaser trailer hints at an all-or-nothing showdown that spikes the heart rate. After crushing a vicious loan-shark ring, Geon-woo pursues his dream of becoming a boxing champion. Woo-jin becomes his coach and unwavering partner, promising, “Let’s stay ruthless together till the day we die.” Their grind pays off―Geon-woo’s sharpened fists finally deliver victory, and the two soak in the crowd’s roar.
But a new threat looms over the duo who once feared nothing together. Baekjeong (Jung Ji-hoon) rules the shadows―not the spotlight―obliterating even boxing champs with terrifying power. Money is his only motive. His next target: Geon-woo.
With danger closing in, Geon-woo and Woo-jin steel themselves―“To catch a beast, you have to become scarier than a beast.” To protect what matters, the hounds charge into a second round where everything is on the line.
"Bloodhounds" Season 2 roars back with evolved action and bigger scale, promising peak catharsis. The Netflix series premieres Friday, April 3.
