Choo Sung-hoon & Kim Dong-hyun Bring Playful Bickering to 'Whenever Possible,' Vow Return After the Mission Fail

Choo Sung-hoon and Kim Dong-hyun doubled down on their desire to return.

On the March 3 episode of SBS’ "Whenever Possible", Choo Sung-hoon and Kim Dong-hyun appeared as “Teum Friends.”

That day, Kim Dong-hyun led the Yoo-Yoo Brothers and Choo Sung-hoon to a restaurant he used to frequent.

Seeing a familiar face, Kim said, “The owner’s the same. I was worried it might have changed,” clearly moved to be back after a long time.

He shared that he used to come here to celebrate with a special meal after a win. The Yoo-Yoo Brothers asked what fighters eat when they win. Choo replied, “For me, it’s always meat. But if you eat after a loss, even good food doesn’t taste good,” and Kim agreed.

Choo added, “It’s been a while since I’ve had a proper meal. I’ve been detoxing lately, usually not eating for 36 hours. Right now, it’s been about 40 hours,” surprising everyone.

Starving, Choo tucked into Chinese food with extra enthusiasm. Then he suddenly said he was sleepy and joked, “Give me just 10 minutes,” making everyone laugh.

The Yoo-Yoo Brothers asked Choo, “Can you hear your coaches during a fight?” He answered, “I don’t hear well. I only catch things like, ‘Go now!’ They should be giving technical advice, but it’s urgent, so that’s all that comes out. We already know when it’s time to go,” sharing a behind-the-scenes moment.

Choo suggested a game to decide who would pay the bill. Seeing the others struggle with a game they’d never played, he told them, “Let’s take it slow,” staying cool.

But as soon as the game started, Choo got caught, shocking everyone. He protested, “Wait, wait, I was thinking about something else,” and asked for another chance, drawing laughs.

After paying, Choo revealed why he seemed so relaxed: “I’ve actually been playing this game since high school.” Kim quipped, “That’s low. You picked something you’ve played since high school just to win,” teasing his senior and drawing attention.

After failing the Teum Mission, the two fighters asked for another shot and showed strong will to return.

Meanwhile, a teaser at the end of the broadcast announced guests from the drama "Phantom Lawyer", boosting anticipation for the next episode.
