"Waving the Korean Flag in Japan on March 1" Former NewJeans DANIELLE Spotted After 43.1 Billion-Won Dispute

DANIELLE, formerly of NewJeans, has been spotted in a new update.

On the 1st, a fan posted a roughly six-second video on social platform X. The clip appears to be from the Tokyo Marathon. In it, a person wearing a white cap and sunglasses waves the Korean flag. Because the post went up on March 1, reactions poured in online.

DANIELLE is currently active in singer Sean’s running crew, Unknown. She reportedly visited the Tokyo Marathon to cheer on Sean and the crew members participating in the race. Recently, she has been joining Sean for early-morning runs and marathon activities.

Meanwhile, last year, amid her exclusive-contract dispute with ADOR, DANIELLE received a notice of termination. ADOR filed a lawsuit seeking 43.1 billion won in penalties and damages against DANIELLE, her family, and former CEO Min Hee-jin, holding them responsible for her departure from NewJeans and the delay in her return.

In a live broadcast this January, DANIELLE said, “The messages you sent were warm enough, and that warmth stayed with me for a long time.” She added, “What I can say for sure is that I fought to the end to be with the members. Even if we’re in slightly different places, I believe we’re one Bunnies, one family, with the same heart. NewJeans is always in a corner of my heart,” tearing up as she spoke.
