Song Hae-na Reveals New Apartment Bought with 40-Year Loan on 'My Little Old Boy'

The February 8 episode of SBS’s "My Little Old Boy" will spotlight the all-round entertainer who’s conquered both modeling and variety, revealing Song Hae-na’s new home and her everyday life for the first time.

For the latest studio shoot, Song Hae-na’s mother joined the panel for the first time. Walking in with looks strikingly similar to her daughter and model-perfect proportions, she drew envy from everyone. She even shared that “our whole family wears the same clothing size,” prompting reactions like “That’s amazing” and “Are all model moms this slim?” in the studio.

Longtime dream fulfilled: Song Hae-na, who always wanted to own an apartment, revealed her “new house,” purchased with a 40-year loan. The wow factor from the spacious layout and clean interior didn’t last long, though―her mother couldn’t stop sighing at the unexpected contrast of tidy and messy corners coexisting in the space. Viewers can see how Song Hae-na actually lives in her new place on the broadcast.

Next, Song Hae-na visited her father’s weekend farm cabin. He runs a YouTube channel documenting his cabin life for the past five years and filmed an episode with his daughter. Emphasizing that “YouTube is different from TV,” he offered no-holds-barred advice, sending the studio into laughter. When he warned, “If the age gap is over five years, dating gets tough,” Song Hae-na candidly replied that she’s dated someone with a bigger gap―and it was fine―leaving her father flustered.

The studio was also impressed by the story behind the “frugal” gene Song Hae-na inherited from her parents. Seeing her father still using items like a tent, radio, and camera that are over 30 years old, Song said, “Dad and I save a lot, but Mom is on another level.” Due to tight finances, her mother once saved toilet flush water and put 100% of her paycheck into savings, never spending a single cent carelessly. Song Hae-na opened up about being hurt by her mother’s extreme frugality when she was young, moving the studio’s mom panel.
