Ha Jung-woo Confirms He Is Dating, Denies July Wedding: "Nothing Is Set"

Ha Jung-woo has confirmed he’s in a relationship―but shut down rumors of a July wedding.

On March 4, his agency stated, “It’s true Ha Jung-woo is seeing someone, but nothing has been decided regarding marriage.”

Earlier the same day, a media outlet reported that Ha Jung-woo planned to get married in July. According to that report, the bride-to-be is a non-celebrity, and his father, actor Kim Yong-gun, told the outlet, “They’re getting married because they love each other. Thank you for the congratulations.”

However, Ha Jung-woo’s side denied the wedding report. They did confirm he currently has a girlfriend.

Born in 1978, Ha Jung-woo debuted in 2002 and has earned major public love through films including ‘The Unforgiven,’ ‘The Chaser,’ ‘Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time,’ ‘The Berlin File,’ ‘Assassination,’ ‘Tunnel,’ and the ‘Along with the Gods’ series. Beyond acting, he has also taken part in directing and producing, presenting works such as ‘Fasten Your Seatbelt,’ ‘Chronicle of a Blood Merchant,’ ‘A single rider,’ ‘Take Point,’ ‘ASHFALL,’ ‘The Closet,’ ‘Rebound,’ ‘Lobby,’ and ‘The People Upstairs.’

Ha Jung-woo will appear in the tvN drama ‘Mad Concrete Dreams,’ slated to air in March.
