Choo Sung-Hoon Jokes He’ll Leave Sarang Only a Watch and Necklace ― ‘But They’re Worth a Fortune’

SBS’s new talk show “Real Talk” premiered on Feb. 2.

On the debut episode, MMA star “Choo Sung-hoon” revealed he keeps almost nothing in the bank, saying he spends what he earns as it comes in.

Tak Jae-hoon shot back, “What’s wrong with you?” and pressed him on why he doesn’t save. Choo replied, “Money sitting in an account doesn’t mean much. You only live once ― I’d rather have fun.”

When asked about his retirement plan, he shrugged: “I’ll figure it out when I get there,” leaning into his carefree persona.

Lee Sang-min then asked, "From Sarang's perspective, don't you think the only things she'll inherit from her dad are watches and necklaces?" Choo Sung-hoon then responded, "But that watch is amazing," showing his pride in his collection, drawing laughter.

Later, a playful “petition” from his wife, model Shiho Yano, arrived for the show’s mock courtroom bit. “Did Choo get thrown in jail? Why were you walking around half-naked?” she teased, before defending him to the ‘judge’: “He didn’t mean anything by it ― the man just runs hot.”
