Jo In-sung and Park Jung-min are set to deliver pulse-pounding, bromance-fueled action in the new film "HUMINT"
Set in Vladivostok, where secrets and truths sink beneath an icy sea, "HUMINT" tracks a collision course between two men chasing very different agendas.
Hitting theaters February 11, "HUMINT" heats up the box office calendar with the combustible pairing of Jo In-sung―trusted for both slick action and layered emotion―and chameleon-like scene-stealer Park Jung-min. Jo steps in as National Intelligence Service Section Chief Cho, while Park transforms into State Security officer Park Geon, and the duo’s on-screen chemistry promises serious voltage.
Their set pieces crackle with kinetic energy, but it’s the undercurrent of shifting loyalties and unspoken tension that lands the gut punch. As the “HUMINT leak” case explodes, Jo and Park face off with bruising ferocity, threading in finely tuned emotional beats. Newly released stills tease a taut standoff that’s primed to keep viewers on edge.
“I felt completely at ease because we’d worked together before, and thanks to Park Jung-min bridging the gap on set, we found a rhythm that let us go all in,” Jo In-sung shares. Park counters, “With Jo In-sung, there’s this assurance―like whatever choice I make, he’ll have my back―which let me act with real confidence.”
"HUMINT" opens in theaters February 11.
