Park Eun-binActor Park Eun-bin shared a heartfelt shout-out to singer-actor Cha Eun-woo, who’s currently serving in the military.

Speaking at the Next on Netflix 2026 Korea showcase at the Conrad Seoul on Jan. 21, Park said, “Eun-woo went to fulfill his military duty, and I’m sure he’s doing great wherever he is. I’ll help carry the promo load for both of us―hope he comes back a hero. Go, Cha Eun-woo!”

Park, who teams up with Cha for the first time on screen, added that he poured everything into the role of Lee Un-jeong before enlisting, calling him “as perfect as it gets” for the character.

The event laid out Netflix’s 2026 slate and direction, with Netflix VP of Korean Content Kang Dong-han, Senior Director Bae Jong-byeong, and Directors Kim Tae-won and Yoo Ki-hwan in attendance. Cast members also joined a panel to tease upcoming projects, including Jeon Do-yeon for “Possible Love,” Nam Joo-hyuk for “The East Palace,” Son Ye-jin for “The Scandal,” Park Eun-bin for “The Wonder Fools,” and chef Ahn Sung-jae for “Culinary Class Wars.”
Wonderfuls
Set to drop in Q2, Netflix series “The Wonder Fools” is a superpowered action-comedy adventure about a band of lovable slackers in 1999 who accidentally gain abilities and take on a villain threatening the peace of Haeseong City. The show reunites director Yoo In-shik of "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" with Park Eun-bin, and also stars Cha Eun-woo, Choi Dae-hoon, Lim Seong-jae, Kim Hae-sook, and Son Hyun-joo.

“After 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo,' I quickly reunited with director Yoo In-shik,” Park said. “Because we already knew each other so well, the set was both comfortable and full of new discoveries. The chemistry with the cast was great. Bringing the superpowers to life was physically demanding, but it was energizing, and we worked to show a leveled-up version of ourselves. I feel lighthearted heading into the release because I think we’ve got something really fun.”

Park plays Eun Chae-ni, who gets caught up in an unexpected incident and suddenly wakes up with powers. “She’s basically the resident hot mess,” Park joked. “She’s cheeky, quick-witted, and a little reckless―but in a way you’ll find adorable. The unpredictable chaos between the characters leads to a very satisfying kind of fun. Please show her lots of love―and keep guessing what powers she’ll unleash.”
