One Hundred, led by P_Arc Group Chairman Cha Ga-won, has denied reports alleging roughly 5 billion won in unpaid settlements involving its artists and those under its subsidiary labels, warning of strong legal action.
In an official statement released on Thursday, One Hundred said the alleged “unsettled payments” mentioned in the report are matters currently being normally discussed and adjusted in accordance with each artist’s contract terms and activity schedules.
“The report was published without proper fact-checking or an opportunity for rebuttal, which we find deeply regrettable,” the company said.
Emphasizing that the issue could seriously damage the image of its artists, One Hundred added that it would pursue legal action.
Earlier, The Fact reported that artists affiliated with One Hundred and its subsidiary labels—including INB100 and Big Planet Made Entertainment—such as BAEKHYUN, CHEN, XIUMIN (CBX), TAEMIN, and THE BOYZ, had allegedly not received settlement payments totaling approximately 5 billion won as of 2025. The outlet claimed that each artist was owed amounts ranging from several hundred million to over 1 billion won.
In response, One Hundred strongly refuted the claims, stating that there is no conflict whatsoever between the company and its artists.
“All artists and employees are continuing their activities as usual, and Chairman Cha Ga-won is doing his utmost to support the artists closely,” the company said. It also noted that the growth of One Hundred, Big Planet Made Entertainment, and INB100 has been driven by active investment.
Cha’s side labeled the report an erroneous article based on false tips, warning that it would hold those responsible fully accountable for any attempts to undermine the company and its artists.
The company further stated that it would immediately file a mediation request with the Press Arbitration Commission, adding that the truth will be clearly established through legal procedures.
Meanwhile, the same outlet previously raised allegations of an affair involving Chairman Cha and MC Mong, claims that both One Hundred and MC Mong have denied as false and are currently responding to through legal action.
