TVXQ Shine on the Red Carpet, Receive Presidential Commendation

TVXQ’s Changmin and Yunho hit the red carpet at the 16th Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards, held at the Haeoreum Grand Theater at the National Theater of Korea in Seoul on Oct. 23. The long-running duo was honored with a Presidential Commendation recognizing their enduring impact on K-pop.
