Kim Mi-kyung Honored With Presidential Commendation at Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards

Actress Kim Mi-kyung hits the red carpet at the 16th Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards, held at the Haeoreum Grand Theater at the National Theater of Korea in Seoul on Oct. 23. The veteran star was recognized with a Presidential Commendation at this year’s ceremony.
