
Actress Kim Dan A, a former Miss Korea, is set to become the new host of the children's educational entertainment content 'Let's PangPang Season 2'.
KK Media (Keystone of Korea Media), a company specializing in children's program content, recently announced a formal supply contract with Channel A, launching the program and selecting Kim Dan A as the new 'PangPang Sister'.
'Let's PangPang Season 2' is a groundbreaking children's participatory TV program that blends education, play, and entertainment, setting itself apart from traditional passive content. From the planning stage, it incorporates an original participatory system designed to spark children's creativity and imagination, with its premiere scheduled for late May to mid-June.
The program features storytelling-based episodes with monster characters, designed to help children easily and naturally acquire virtues and knowledge. This season is characterized by its comprehensive development of EQ, IQ, and CQ, encouraging children to actively participate as the main agents of the program, focusing on delivering healthy and meaningful messages without resorting to sensationalism.
A representative from KK Media stated, "Through content that can nurture dreams and hope, this program aims to have a positive impact on children not just in Korea but around the world. We anticipate that Kim Dan A, joining us as 'PangPang Sister', will inject bright and warm energy into the show."
Kim Dan A expressed her enthusiasm, saying, "It's an immense honor to connect with the children who will shape our future. I will strive to contribute to the emotional stability and social development of children through the program."
Kim Dan A, who was crowned Miss Korea for the Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungcheong regions in 2019, has recently appeared in dramas such as 'Let's Get Married, Mungkong' and 'Gwigung'. She is expected to draw positive responses from viewers as the MC of this children's program.
