[SBS Star] "It's NOT a Breeze" KyuHyun Reveals the Reality of Being a TV Show Celebrity Panelist

KyuHyun of K-pop boy group Super Junior shared that the job of a TV show celebrity panelist is not as easy as it may seem.

On February 7, KyuHyun guested on 'Zip Daesung', a YouTube show hosted by DAESUNG of K-pop boy group BIGBANG.

During their conversation, DAESUNG mentioned three TV shows KyuHyun is currently on.

One is JTBC's 'Han Moon-chul's Black Box Review', where the cast members watch and analyze traffic accident footage from CCTV and other sources.

Another one is Netflix's reality dating show 'Single's Inferno 4', where KyuHyun and other celebrity panelists watch interactions among the participants through footage and share their thoughts.

KyuHyun is also on tvN's 'Naked World History' where he and other celebrity panelists explore world history with professors from different fields.

DAESUNG mentioned that all those shows KyuHyun has been on are very popular; KyuHyun playfully complained, "Too many are eyeing my spot, though!"
"It must be nice to be on those shows, especially since they are a breeze! You go watch some footage, and that's it.", DAESUNG said.

"A breeze? No way.", KyuHyun responded, giving a glimpse of the reality of making the mentioned TV shows.

"Imagine this: you are listening to a world history lesson for ten hours. That's what it's like on 'Naked World History'; we shoot two episodes at a time, five hours each."

"It's like you're sitting in the front row in a five-hour history lecture, and you can't fall asleep. It's much harder than it seems.", the singer remarked.

"Gosh, that sounds tough.", DAESUNG responded.
"Being on 'Han Moon-chul's Black Box Review' is a similar experience. It's like you're re-living all kinds of traffic accidents repeatedly.", Kyuhyun stated, leaving the host surprised.

"Many assume that the job would be easy, but that's because they watch the fully edited show. It's not that easy for us who are working on the set.", KyuHyun added.

DAESUNG then playfully asked, "But wouldn't you say working on 'Single's Inferno 4' is a breeze?"

"I can't argue with that.", KyuHyun replied, chuckling with the host.

"I'm all about facts; the fact is that it's a cakewalk. The show is my absolute favorite. I'll shoot five episodes in a day when it comes to 'Single's Inferno 4'. I mean it.", KyuHyun added, and his honest response had the host laughing heartily.
