[SBS Star] "We're in Chilly Winter Now" Lee Hyo-ri Describes Her Marital Relationship with Lee Sang Soon

Singer Lee Hyo-ri described her current married life with singer Lee Sang Soon as a "cold, chilly winter."

On January 16, Lee Hyo-ri made a special appearance on MBC FM4U's radio show hosted by her husband, Lee Sang Soon.

"Lee Hyo-ri is with us on the show today. How have you been?", Lee Sang Soon playfully asked.

"I listen to this show every day at home. It's exciting to be a part of it today.", Lee Hyo-ri replied.
During the show, a listener sent their story about their struggling relationship with their mother and asked for Lee Hyo-ri's advice.

Lee Hyo-ri remarked, "Family relationships can be a real challenge. With any other relationship, you can cut them off. But you can't easily do that to your family, so it's tougher. It's distressing when things don't work out with them."

"In my case, I sometimes find myself being mean to my mom. It always makes me feel bad and regret my behavior.", she added.
Lee Hyo-ri resumed, "I believe that all relationships, including those between family members, have their season."

"If there's spring, then there's summer as well. It's the same among married couples, isn't it?", she asked Lee Sang Soon; he nodded.

"We had our springtime when everything felt fresh and green, then there was summer of passion. Then there is cold, chilly winter like we are in right now.", Lee Hyo-ri playfully remarked.

Lee Sang Soon chuckled and said, "I thought we were in springtime! I thought we were heading to passionate summer."

"Well, everyone can have a different perception. But, you know, after winter comes spring.", Lee Hyo-ri said with a smile.
Meanwhile, Lee Hyo-ri and Lee Sang Soon tied the knot in 2013.

The couple had been residing on Jeju Island since their wedding; last year, however, they moved to Pyeongchang-dong in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
