[SBS Star] HAHA Says He Wants to Name His Future Daughter HARINA After Meeting KARINA

Singer HAHA shared that he wants to name his future daughter HARINA after seeing KARINA of K-pop girl group aespa in real life.

On November 25, the first episode of KBS Cool FM's "HAHA's Super Radio" aired, marking HAHA's return as a radio host after 16 years.

During the broadcast, HAHA played aespa's mega-hit track "Supernova" and smiled, saying, "I don't really know K-pop groups, but I love this song. It's amazing." 

HAHA then shared, "I recently appeared on 'Synchro U,' you know, the show hosted by Yu Jae Seok. I met KARINA there. Yes, the goddess KARINA." 

He continued, "Usually, I only have one manager with me, but that day, three or four came along. I'm pretty sure they all just wanted to see KARINA. I had practiced staying calm and greeting her with a warm smile, but all of that went out the window when I actually ran into her."

"It just happened so quick. Suddenly, someone who looked like they came from another world said, 'Hello,' to me and I froze on the spot. I couldn't even manage a proper hello back. Seriously, what was wrong with me?" he said, laughing as he recalled the moment.
The entertainer playfully added, "My wife, Byul, doesn't know about this. But hey, she likes Byun Woo-seok. It's not like she has romantic feelings for him; it's more like having a crush on a celebrity during your school days and putting their picture on your folder sort of thing. That's exactly how I feel about KARINA."

He resumed, "After meeting KARINA, I now understand why everyone keeps talking about her. She's charismatic, but also incredibly down-to-earth and easygoing. If I were to have another daughter, I'd name her HARINA. I mean, I've had a vasectomy, so I can't have more kids.. But just saying, you know. I like KARINA that much!"
